Yoga Space is an alignment based yoga studio inspired
primarily by the Iyengar tradition of yoga. This studio also offers Hot Yoga,
Parent and Toddler, kids, & Flow. Healing center of this studio offers
several different therapists to help you to feel your best.
The teachers are so helpful and knowledgeable. The best thing
about their classes is all the "props" they use to help you reach
your level of comfort. From wooden bricks to straps to the great yoga wall
everything was amazing. The best thing about this studio is that it's Eco friendly.
